Harbourfront Enhancements
Waterfront promenades will be developed on both sides of Victoria Harbour. They will be dotted with arts, recreational and entertainment plazas, landscaped areas as well as alfresco dining and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of tourists and residents. 

Kai Tak Development
The former airport site at Kai Tak and the surrounding areas will provide land for development.  The project is being reviewed by the Government.
